You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Bank Connectivity

Bank connectivity is provided through Enable Banking, a third-party open banking provider. We access your bank data in read-only mode. Bank connections may expire and require reconnection. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the Service, or upload malicious content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed EUR 100. We are not responsible for inaccurate AI outputs, banking data issues, or decisions you make based on the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
