Beta Program Terms
1. Nature of the Beta
- Luca is in an early testing phase ("Beta")
- The Service is provided free of charge during the Beta period
- Access is by invitation only and may be revoked at any time
- The Beta period has no fixed end date; the Service will transition out of Beta based on development progress and user feedback
2. Expectations
During the Beta, you should expect:
- Bugs and errors: The Service may not work as intended at all times
- Inaccurate categorizations: AI-assigned categories may be wrong
- Data issues: Transactions may appear incomplete, duplicated, or delayed
- Downtime: The Service may be unavailable without notice
- Changes: Features may be added, modified, or removed
3. What the Service Is Not
- Luca is not a financial advisor
- AI-generated categorizations and suggestions are informational only
- You should not rely solely on the Service for financial decisions
- The Service does not initiate payments, move money, or execute transactions
- The Service does not guarantee savings or financial outcomes
4. Your Responsibilities
- Report bugs and issues to support@fuentech.dev
- Do not rely solely on the Service for financial information — always verify with your bank
- You are responsible for your own financial decisions
5. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the Beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Beta, including but not limited to inaccurate categorizations, missed alerts, data inaccuracies, or decisions made based on information displayed in the Service.
7. Termination
- You may leave the Beta at any time by deleting your account
- We may end your participation at any time for any reason
- We may end the Beta program entirely with reasonable notice
